- Wet wipe/sanitise surface areas.
- Empty Drawers, vacuum out and wipe/scrub light marks. (This is quite time consuming)
- Wipe down veneer surfaces, i.e. Bench tops & front of cupboards
- Wipe outside of stove, oven, fridge, microwave and other kitchen equipment.
- (Move oven & fridge (if moveable) and clean behind. (Normally VERY dirty)
- Wipe down walls for Fly droppings & do spot cleaning.
- Bedrooms/Living Rooms/General
- Dust Scotia for Cobwebs
- Wipe skirtings.
- Wipe out shelves and hanging pipes in Cupboards.
- Vacuum all carpets & hardfloors
- Mop hard floor
- Spot clean light and power switches.
- Dust/wipe skirting boards, window sills and door frames.
- Bathroom
- Clean and disinfect bath, shower, washbasin & toilet.
- Clean bathroom mirrors and glass
- Vacuum the Heather and extractor fan grills (Vacuum brush)
- Laundry
- Clean basin, splashback
- Wipe down Washing Machine and dryer (if relevant) (Ground level)
- It is essential that the house is completely empty for a move-out clean. Any pots /pans cutlery/food etc will be discarded as rubbish at an extra charge.

- Ceiling cleaning (Fly droppings (Very time consuming but worthwhile if you want your home to look its best.
- (Note: Ceiling cleaning is not available on all ceiling types)
- House wash - Outside (about 3 hours for a regular 3 bedroom house single level)
